Enhancements to My Clients tool
What's happening
As of February 28, 2025, you’ll have an enhanced experience using our My Clients tool (sign in required).
My Clients enables you to view consolidated information and run reports about your clients, and more, for all your Manulife business: individual insurance, all investment products, and bank business.
My Clients enhancements
- We’re enhancing My Clients so you can manage some common transactions for multiple lines of business in the same tool:
- For insurance: Make client address changes and banking changes.
- Remember, some of your clients may be able to self-serve and make these updates for their insurance business on the Customer Secure Site.
- For guaranteed investments: Make client address changes and submit death notifications. Note that legislative rules prevent us from moving banking changes for segregated funds, GIAs, and annuities to My Clients.
- For insurance: Make client address changes and banking changes.
