Many of your clients now have 24/7 access to their insurance policy details through the individual insurance customer secure site. They can also make address and some banking changes directly within the site.
Instant access to information
By logging on to the site, applicable personal life, critical illness, and disability insurance policy owners can view their policy details online including:
- the people insured under the policy,
coverage types and amounts,
beneficiary details,
policy values (for some policies),
address and billing information,
digital copies of statements and notices.

Note: For the 2024 tax year, slips are being delivered by mail in early 2025. Starting in early 2026, tax slips will be available digitally.
