Sponsors can now access their invoice history online

Every detail counts when it comes to making plan administration smoother for your clients. With online charge invoices, plan sponsors now have easy access to their last 12 months of invoices (including their most recent invoice) on the sponsor secure site, making record-keeping and reconciliation easier. 

Sponsors will see a new menu item on the sponsor secure site: CHARGE INVOICES. This will take them to a page with a list of their last 12 months of invoices, which they can sort by different fields. They can view the itemized invoices and download, email or print them if they wish.

Charge invoices are available online as soon as they're generated. If the sponsor normally gets a monthly invoice, they'll see a new invoice online every month, up to the last 12 months. 

Paper invoices aren't going away just yet. For now, we'll keep sending invoices on paper as well as online. Sponsors will have the opportunity to check out the convenience of online charge invoices.
